Good GF Options

Restaurants that offer several gluten-free items and take some precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Staff may have basic knowledge of gluten-free requirements, though dedicated preparation areas may not be available.

Limited GF Options

Restaurants with few gluten-free items available and minimal precautions taken to prevent cross-contamination. Options may be limited to naturally gluten-free items or simple modifications to existing dishes.

GF Options Not Verified

Restaurants where we haven't verified their gluten-free options or protocols yet. This doesn't mean they don't offer gluten-free items, just that we need more information to assess their GF-friendliness accurately.
